M.M Health is a powerful herbal combination designed to support the health and integrity of the body’s mucous membranes—whether in the mouth, throat, gut, or reproductive tract. This formula may be taken internally and/or used topically to help manage inflammation, soothe irritation, and restore balance to compromised tissue.

May be taken by people experiencing:

• Infections and inflammation of the mucous membranes
• Gingivitis and bleeding gums
• Mouth ulcers
• Oral, intestinal, and vaginal thrush
• Tonsillitis (as gargle and internal support)

Each 5ml contains:

• Bayberry (equiv. to dry herb) 200mg
• Calendula (equiv. to dry herb) 100mg
• Chamomile (equiv. to dry herb) 200mg
• Licorice (equiv. to dry herb) 1000mg
• Myrrh (equiv. to dry herb) 100mg
• Raspberry (equiv. to dry herb) 500mg
• In a base of Grain Ethanol, Vegetable Glycerine and Purified Water.

Recommended Administration:
Adults: 5mls to 10 mls, up to 4 times daily
Children under 5 years: 0.5ml to 2.5 mls, up to 4 times daily
Children over 5 years: 2.5mls to 5 mls, up to 4 times daily
Or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
May be diluted.

Special Notes:
Dose requirements may differ from person to person.
Considerations are size of the person, nature and severity of the ailment, sensitivity of the person and other complementary / therapeutic preparations the person maybe taking.

Cautions:

• No problems expected.
• Licorice has been shown to deplete potassium levels and lead to sodium retention, which may possibly lead to fluid retention and hypertension. This may occur with very large doses if taken over an extended period of time. This is highly unlikely in acute conditions, but care must be taken in patients with a pre-existing deficiency of potassium.
• Avoid if you have any known ingredient sensitivities.
