May be taken by people experiencing:

• Sleep difficulties or disturbed rest

Each 2 Vege Capsules Contains:

• Chamomile - 150mg
• Hops - 150mg
• Lavender - 100mg
• Skullcap -  200mg
• Valerian - 400mg

Recommended Administration:
2 Capsules - 2 to 4 times a day
