Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is a traditional respiratory herb known for supporting lung health, soothing the throat, calming dry or irritated coughs, and easing sinus and upper respiratory congestion.

Strength you can feel: our Mullein is a 1:1 extract — meaning 1 part herb to 1 part extract, making it one of the most concentrated mullein extracts available, compared to many products made at 1:2, 1:5 or 1:10 strengths.

Our Mullein Organic Glycetract 1:1 is a potent, alcohol-free extract made in a vegetable glycerine base, making it a gentle option suitable for all ages.

What does 1:1 mean?
A 1:1 extract means the ratio is 1 part herb to 1 part finished extract — making it a highly concentrated preparation. Many mullein products are made at 1:2 to 1:10, which are much more diluted.

Dosage:
Adults: 2 to 4mls, three times a day
